I misplaced my first Manduka and believed I would try the HM. Personally I think my money was well invested in buying these mens yoga clothing. I’ve tried plenty of less expensive mats and not one of them were truly something I would recommend to someone. Such a distinction, I’m able to totally tell the difference when I am performing my P90X lunges or any other impact workouts, when compared with doing them on the bare concrete basement. After getting injured during a basketball game, my husband uses workout dvds to exercise his arms.
